Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Northwind Umber Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Portland, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about ticketing for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
