Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Ironwood Kestrel Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Chicago region. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
