Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Harborlight Fern Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Portland area, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
