Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Bright Ashton Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Minneapolis area. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
