Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Staffing places workers with employers around Nashville. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
