Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Westbrook Basin Arts Center is an arts centre in Kansas City with a full calendar of events, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
