Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Westbrook Willow Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Milwaukee region. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 508 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
