Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on community programmes for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
