Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Northwind Nest Staffing is a Miami staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
