Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Northwind Sparrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Indianapolis, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
