Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Corner Press and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 363 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about proofing for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
