Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Portland, OR)

Bright Wren Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Portland. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
