Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Northwind Forge Arts Center Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about exhibitions for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
