Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Phoenix. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about loan files for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
