Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Junction Community Partners and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
