Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Quill Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oakland, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about loan files for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
