Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Staffing and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
