Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Bright Press is a printer and publisher in Madison serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Madison. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about print quotes for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
