Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Madison, WI)

Summit Beacon Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Madison region. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
