Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Vista Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Madison. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Madison. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about promotions for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
