Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Ashton Arts Center is an arts centre in Honolulu with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Write clear copy about event logistics for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
