Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge River Staffing Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
