Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Beacon Markets is a Des Moines retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about shrink and waste for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
