Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Vale Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Chicago plant. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Write clear copy about customer orders for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
