Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Cobalt Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Charlotte region, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
