Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Ember Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Charlotte plant. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Write clear copy about bindery work for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
