Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Ember Markets serves neighbourhoods around Charlotte with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Write clear copy about shrink and waste for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
