Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Buffalo, NY)

Harborlight Vista Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Buffalo region, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about temp assignments for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
