Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Quill Legal Group is a Buffalo practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about client files for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
