Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
