Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Maple Water Authority and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for treatment plant data in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
