Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
