Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Tampa, FL)

Summit River Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tampa, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
