Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around St. Louis, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
