Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Fox Property Management is a St. Louis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
