Ironwood Housing is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance.
