Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Water Authority and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 927 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for treatment plant data in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
