Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Beacon Press is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 833 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for print quotes in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
