Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Nest Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
