Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Linden Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Savannah with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 430 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
