Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Savannah, GA)

Summit Ridge Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
