Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Maple Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
