Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Facilities is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
