Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Reno, NV)

Redstone Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Reno region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for permits in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
