Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Amberfield Iron Property Management looks after rental homes across the Wichita area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
