Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bright Corner Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Antonio area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
