Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Ironwood Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Atlanta. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
