Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bluepeak Clear Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Providence. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for loads and lanes in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
