Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Nova Ridge Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
