Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Silverline Wilder Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 777 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
